Refund & Cancellation Policy
We want returns to be simple and fair. If something isn’t right, contact us and we’ll guide you through the next steps.
1) Cancellations
If you need to cancel, email support@bakumarket.shop as soon as possible with your order reference. If the order has not been dispatched, we’ll cancel it and issue a refund to the original payment method.
2) Returns
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your items (subject to reasonable conditions). Items should be returned unused, in original packaging where possible, and protected for transit.
3) Refund timing
Once we receive and inspect the return, we process refunds promptly. Bank processing times vary.
4) Damaged or incorrect items
If your parcel arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, email us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and the item. We’ll offer a replacement, partial refund, or full refund depending on the situation and your preference.
5) Return costs
Unless the item is faulty or incorrect, return shipping costs are usually the customer’s responsibility. We will confirm the best return method by email.
